Cetirizine HCL:
Cetirizine mainly blocks the H1 receptors presents on the surface of the mast cells and prevent the release of the histamine and block the histamine mediated action
Phenylephrine:
Phenylephrine is sympathomimetic drug and mimics the actions of epinephrine (commonly known as adrenaline) or norepinephrine. Phenylephrine selectively binds to alpha-1 receptors which leads to blood vessels to constrict leads to nasal decongestant action.
