Capsules are used as supplements providing essential vitamins. Vitamins are essential substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally. Capsule contains vitamins like Methylcobalamin (B12), Vitamin B6 and Folic acid. Folic acid is required for the synthesis of nucleic acid (DNA & RNA) and is a water-soluble vitamin B9. It is necessary for production of healthy red blood cells. Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) has a much importance in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and for the formation of blood. Benfotiamine is a synthetic S-acyl derivative of thiamine that sold as a medication or dietary supplement to treat diabetic neuropathy. Inositol mediates cell signal transduction in response to a variety of hormones, neurotransmitters and growth factors and participates in osmoregulation

Indications and Usage

  • Decreasing the plasma level of homocysteine
  • Atherosclerosis
  • Preventing LDL oxidation
  • Antioxidant
  • Diabetic nerve pain
  • Panic disorder
  • High cholesterol
  • Insomnia
  • Promoting hair growth
  • Psoriasis

Mechanism of Action

Methylcobalamin:
  • Helps keep the nervous system and red blood cells healthy
  • Required for the formation of red blood cells and DNA
  • Important for protein metabolism
Vitamin B6 or Pyridoxine:
  • Needed by the body to use and store protein and carbohydrates from food (in the form of glycogen, stored energy in the muscles and liver)
  • Required for more than 100 enzyme reactions in the body. It aids in the formation of hemoglobin (a substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen through the blood) and neurotransmitters and hormones that influence mood and regulate the body's clock.
Alpha lipoic acid is also known as thioctic acid. Alpha lipoic acid is an enzyme that, when applied topically, appears to be a very good antioxidant. It is a water- and fat-soluble antioxidant capable of enhancing properties of other antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E. It can also exert numerous soothing effects. It reduces to dihydrolipoate, an effective reducing agent that can scavenge the superoxide radical as well as the hydroxyl and nitric oxide radicals.
Folic Acid is a type of B vitamin helps your body produce and maintain new cells, and also helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer. Folic acid is sometimes used in combination with other medications to treat pernicious, aplastic, or normocytic anemia.
Inositol is often referred to as vitamin B8, but it is not actually a vitamin. It’s a type of sugar that influences the insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition. Inositol also has antioxidant properties that fight the damaging effects of free radicals in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues.
Benfotiamine is a dietary supplement that is a derivative of thiamine (also known as vitamin B1). Benfotiamine can help restore thiamin levels and help prevent consequences of deficiency, such as nerve, heart, and brain conditions (including a serious condition known as Wernicke's encephalopathy). benfotiamine can shield the body from the harmful effects of advanced glycation end products (AGEs), glycotoxins found in high-fat meats that trigger inflammation and accelerate many aging-related degenerative diseases.
